The Home Project

What does HOME mean to you?

Over the last century, the way we view our homes has changed. From private retreat, family home, or a place work as well as live, homes have evolved. Home can mean so much more than than building though, for some a home is people, family and friends, or the place where you were born and raised.

Home can be permanent; there were generations who lived under the same roof for their entire lives, whereas now, people move around many times during their lifetime and have a series of homes. Home can be different town, county or country. It can be a community you left behind, or a community that you never knew that you needed.

A spiritual home, physical dwelling, a place of safety or a state of mind. Whatever your thoughts are on home, I’d like to hear about them. I am currently collecting thoughts, ideas, stories on this topic and I’d love to hear from you! I will be turning these discussions into songs, artwork and interviews.
